瑞士：信貸因 2020 年後繼續串謀稅務詐欺而被罰款

瑞士銀行瑞士信貸被美國司法部罰款 5.1 億美元，此前該行承認串謀將超過 40 億美元的美國納稅人資金隱藏在至少 475 個離岸帳戶中，違反了 2014 年與華盛頓達成的認罪協議。這些帳戶大多位於新加坡，在 2023 年與瑞銀合併後被發現，瑞銀向美國當局舉報了這些帳戶。兩家銀行均同意全力合作。
SWITZERLAND: Credit Suisse fined for continuing tax fraud conspiracy after 2020
Swiss bank Credit Suisse has been fined USD510 million by the US Department of Justice, after admitting it conspired to hide more than USD4 billion of US taxpayers' funds in at least 475 offshore accounts in breach of a plea agreement it made with Washington in 2014. Most of the accounts were held in Singapore and were uncovered in 2023 following the merger with UBS, which reported them to the US authorities. Both banks have agreed to cooperate in full.
